How much does what you think affect how you feel, emotionally and physically?


Your thoughts have a dramatic impact on your well-being and energy level, yet everyone has the ability to heal through their biofield; the energy field that surrounds and extends out from your body.


This approach allows us to act as an adaptor to help us reach a state of calm and to release physical and emotional pain. 


When we draw upon high-vibrational frequencies to harmonise our biofield and restore balance in our energy system, we can address chronic health conditions which we may have all but given up hope of ever remedying.

The beauty of being able to connect with your soul is, it allows us access to a gateway to the multiverse to help us create the changes we desire.


The energy in our bodies consists of the energy from our Authentic Soul, the Earth and Source Energy.


When we’re grounded, our soul is anchored to our physical body and the Earth, allowing us to feel centred and balanced no matter what is going on around us.


This means we’re able to be fully conscious, and present in the moment, and can bring the energetic powers of our soul’s origin to Earth.


With this capacity, our soul can move along our current, past and future timelines in union with our Nervous System and speak to us through our body.


This true liberation is the meeting of ourselves and accepting what has been.


Plus pure freedom to experience all our sensations as we choose a higher possibility of soul. 


So if we’re being true to our soul and to our time on Earth, it’s our duty to listen and take action when we get those spiritual body hits.


RELEASE THE EGO TO CONNECT FULLY WITH YOUR SOUL

When you’re used to living from a logical mind, it can be a real challenge to listen to your intuition at first. But once you’re able to recognise the influence your mind and ego has over you, you’ll start to notice subtle differences, which after a while become very obvious. 


There’s so much wisdom waiting there for you that it’s well worth the effort.


Our ego is the voice behind the internal struggle between our conscious and subconscious.


The voice that tries to kick us when we're down or turn us back to unhealthy, unideal patterns.


Your ego questions every decision you make and will try to convince you it's the wrong one. It likes it when you stick to your comfortable, safe place and don't venture off into growing as an individual. 


When you're doubting yourself, ego is in full effect. 


What is deeply rooted in your subconscious mind from years of ‘conditioning’ from your parents and society, is protected by an armed ego that is prepared to fight when you start to morph your thoughts into a new, better pattern. 


It can be strong enough to hold you back and prevent you from living the life that you're dreaming of. It will convince you that reality is what you're living and that it is impossible to live any way beyond what you're currently experiencing. 


Another way ego plays games with us is by allowing the opinions and negativity of others to taint our thought process. It convinces you that what others think of you is your reality and it must be the truth. 


You create your own reality.


Your opinion of yourself and the life you're living is the only one that matters. 


OUR ENERGY AND OUR LOVE ARE HOW WE CREATE THE CHANGE

Through softening and surrendering to the call of our soul, our energy changes the vibrational frequency to a more harmonious hum.


This allows us to be more in flow with the universal laws of nature, instead of pushing against them.  


What we don’t seem to recognise is the difference between society's way of DOING, and humanity's way of BEING.


But when we allow our body to soften and surrender to BEING, our energy shifts, which allows us to merge with the energy around us and become one with all that exists.


This is when our interaction with others can be so profound.


When you come from this space, creating a shift in the environment around you can be done with ease and grace.


No pushing and struggling to make others do.


No judging others for what they do.


Simply loving, and accepting, everyone for who they are unconditionally.


By relinquishing all power and allowing our emotions and our body to be in charge instead of our brain, we are shifting the energy to a more peaceful balanced one.


I’d like to invite you to play with the energy within your own field. Recognise how the denser heavier energies like control, fear and anger make you contract and pull away, versus the lighter energies of compassion, co-creation and joy lift your energy and open you up to wanting more.


When you feel comfortable within your own field, start playing with your energy around others.


First start within your home, amongst the people you love and feel safe around. Notice how they react to the shifts in your energy, then see how it feels in your workspace and with friends and family outside your home.


Creating a more harmonious world starts with each of us shifting our own energy, and then helping others who are struggling to do the same.


CALMING YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM WHEN YOU HAVE ALLOWED YOUR ENERGY TO WEAKEN

We all know being authentic should be easy and natural, but if you’ve been more of a people pleaser your entire life, switching to speaking your soul truth will probably stretch your nervous system.


It will feel uncomfortable, but do it for yourself.


What you’re doing is expanding your bandwidth and creating a new set point.


Showing your nervous system that this is the new safe, the new normal.


That way next time it won’t feel the need to protect you so fiercely.


What your body will try and do is find a way to convince you that it isn’t safe. This is by definition exactly what our nervous system is meant to do, it’s trying to protect you. Reassure your nervous system that you don’t need protecting.


You’ll probably have a thousand scenarios playing in your head of what people will say or think, but continue to remind yourself that your opinion truly counts, just as much as everyone else’s.


Accept that it will feel uncomfortable and that you’re worth the stretch.


And know that each time you express yourself freely that stretch will feel more natural until one day you don’t feel a stretch at all, simply pure alignment.


One of the simplest ways to calm our nervous system is deep intentional belly breathing with our lower abdomen to awaken our parasympathetic nervous system.


This is because of the vagus nerve, a major parasympathetic nerve that runs from the base of your head down your ear and throat and down to your abdominal and digestive organs.


Every time you breathe with your belly you activate your diaphragm and your vagus nerve which acts as an automatic chill pill.


Try this breathing technique whenever the connection between your energy and soul feels disconnected.
