If there’s one thing I’ve learnt throughout my healing journey it’s that food can be your best friend or your worst enemy.  We all know the food triangle and the type of foods we should eat, but do we pay enough attention to the individual foods within each type?

 

So many of us lump fruits and vegetables in the same category, yet each individual food has such a different array of healing properties.

 

I created the list below, to start you thinking about what you can eat or drink to help your illness or your disease or even how you can improve a symptom that you may be feeling.  Obviously there are a million more foods and ailments than I have listed and I’m always happy to receive any tips or knowledge you may like to share.

 

This is simply to get you to open up to the possibility of how food can help you heal.

 

Like I said on the home page:

It’s about finding a harmonious balance energetically and nutritionally.
It’s about realising that everything is energy.
Every cell in your body, every person you meet and every living thing around you is energy.
Even the food you eat, that fuels your body, is energy.
